Development 65 unveils Portland Commons

Development 65 has unveiled a rendering of its senior living project in Bloomington, MN. The Project has received strong support from the community and the city of Bloomington. With the hard work of a dedicated team of professionals, Portland Commons will begin to dig in late spring 2019.
